Here is how The Yacht Sellers handles the notes you choose to submit.
Collection
The Yacht Sellers collects the name, email, note, and route details you choose to submit. Buyer inquiries may identify a trusted yacht record.
Delivery
Buyer inquiries are emailed only when the configured delivery connection is available. Otherwise the saved submission remains available for later review; the site never claims an email was sent.
Storage and retention
Submitted details are stored privately on the operator's computer, separate from any CRM, with an encrypted secondary backup. They are retained until reviewed or until a deletion request is received.
Seller submissions
Seller packets are not collected on this site. When you use a linked seller route, read that site's notice.
Direct email
Branded email links open your email app. Messages sent there travel through Cloudflare forwarding and email providers and are separate from web forms.
Deletion and security
Request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Cloudflare Turnstile helps reduce spam and may process technical information under its own terms.
